July 8-9 | Sinchon Water Gun Festival
This festival is the perfect escape from the harsh summer heat. The entire neighborhood of Sinchon is filled with water slides and people wielding water guns. Until July 16| Storytelling Performance at Cheonggyecheon Stream : Fly, Ishimi
Visit Cheonggyecheon Stream and watch the story of "Fly, Ishimi", a traditional Korean puppet play, being played out by a troop of performance artists! As part of the performance, there'll also be a giant Ishimi figure that will dance among the crowd. If you're wondering how to entertain the kids, this will be your best bet. Jisan Valley Rock Festival is known for bringing in great rock acts, so if you’re willing to venture a few hours outside of Seoul, this is a must-see for music fans. July 29 | Waterbomb Festival
This part-music festival part-water gun fight is sure to be a good time! The line up features some of the hottest Korean hip hop acts like Hyuna, Jessi, Skull & Haha, Sleepy, and more!
