November 4 | Holiday ya Second Hand Market

“One man's trash is another man's treasure” is an idiom that will be brought to life at this bustling second hand market staged by Holiday ya. There’s really no predicting what weird and wonderful things you’ll find as you rummage through preloved clothes, accessories, collectables, bric-a-brac, and appliances, and more. 10% of the proceeds will go to charity, so you can shop away in good conscience. Free entry.

November 11-12 | 2017 Arcadia Taiwan - Invasion

How does two days jam-packed with some of the world’s biggest EDM artists sound? Held at Dajia Riverside Park, Arcadia Taiwan is a massive EDM festival known equally for its insane “spider stage” construction, and its ability to draw in the big names. While one day tickets are available, it’ll be a hard choice between Don Diablo, Paul van Dyk, Cosmic Gate, and DVBBS on the 11th, and Hardwell, R3hab, We Are GTA, and Kris Kross Amsterdam on the 12th. November 16-18 | Luluyelife NO.7 White Picnic

There’s no denying that Taipei folk love a good mass picnic. Luluyelife’s White Picnic, however, is a particular standout that you’ll want to mark on your calendar. Infusing food, friends, jazz, and DJ performances, this white-themed outdoor picnic in Zhongzheng District has all the ingredients of a memorable day. To join in on the fun, make sure to reserve yourself here, and dress to the nines in your best whites.

November 19: Legends Music Festival

Making its grand debut in Taipei, Legends Music Festival was created to bridge the divide between talented Eastern and Western artists in Asia. Given that there’s no precedent for the festival which is to be held at Dajia Riverside Park, we’ll have to go on the word of the organizers, who promise it will bring together “well-established American/European/Asian singers, bands, EDM DJs, hip-hop artists, and all kinds of popular Eastern and Western musical talents for the very first time.” The lineup is set to be announced soon, so head to the official website for updates and to nab early bird tickets.

November 23-26: Pop Up Asia

By providing aspiring and established creatives a space to share their works with the greater public, Pop Up Asia has become a powerhouse of an event handicraft makers and lovers alike anticipate every year. Songshan Creative Park will be home of the three-day event which comprises of workshops, talks, and stalls filled with original handmade goods from local and international artists.
